It's been really interesting for us to try to nurture this learning environment so that we find the right balance between providing structure and guidance without turning it into some kind of rigid step-by-step, which to my mind totally defeats the purpose of using a social network for learning.<BR/><BR/>I do have to say that I'm enjoying the experience, in part because I think that this is an online version of how I tend to structure face-to-face training that I do.
